Terms and Conditions

  1. AGE RESTRICTIONS:  You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. 
  2. All ammunition will be shipped UPS Ground and cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.  
  3. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition. 
  4. Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm.  
  5. Check your local laws for any other regulations.  In most states its your responsibility to ensure you are legally compliant not the shipper.    
  6. By placing an order for restricted items, you are verifying that you have no felony convictions, that you are in compliance with Federal Law 18U.S.C. 922(D)-(1)-(9), and in comp. compliance with all Federal and State regulations that apply and you agree to the returns/cancellation policy for Exammo.com.  
  7. Shipping and order fulfillment can take anywhere from 2 to 8 business (worst case scenario, general shipping 1 to 3 business days) days from the time of the order.  By placing your order you agree to these terms and conditions of the website including acceptance of possible delays to order fulfilment. If you choose to cancel an order, after it has been placed.  Be aware that is a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee, see cancellation section for more details.  
  8. ATTENTION: Due to current circumstances, we are not shipping to Puerto Rico, the states of Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Massachusetts (MA), Chicago or Cook County, or the District of Columbia. Residents of CA, CT, IL, NJ, and NY see below: If you reside in one of the states below, please email a valid copy of the information required by your state for your order to be shipped.   
  9. Exammo complies with all local, state, and federal laws with respect to the sale of ammunition.   
  10. CANCELLATIONS:   If you choose to cancel an order after it is placed and cannot fulfill the requirements listed below there is a one time $50 cancellation fee on all orders, no exceptions, this means you….ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  This mean even if order is one minute old or several days old.  If you are in doubt of your order please don't place it, wait and ask for help.  Use the CRM function of the website to ask questions  Once you committ the order, it costs us money to return money to credit cards, even if order is less than 1 day old.  If we have to pay it, you have to pay it.
